These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between LumoBond AB (under formation) and every person or legal entity accessing or using any portion of the LumoBond ecosystem. They establish the legal conditions governing access to and use of the Platform and define the rights and responsibilities of both LumoBond and its Users.

The LumoBond Mission

LumoBond develops technologies designed to assist individuals in discovering meaningful human compatibility through artificial intelligence, software, wearable technology and related digital services. Compatibility analyses are informational and do not guarantee any personal or commercial outcome.

Scope of the Terms

These Terms apply to the website, waitlist, mobile applications, wearable devices, firmware, software, AI systems, compatibility engines, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, support services, beta programs and future LumoBond services.

Relationship Between the Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency, joint venture or fiduciary relationship between LumoBond and any User. Access grants only a limited contractual right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Definitions (Sections 1--25)

The following definitions shall apply throughout these Terms of Use unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Defined terms may appear in singular or plural form and shall have the corresponding meaning in either form.

1. "Account"

"Account" means a registered user profile created to access one or more Services provided by LumoBond, including any associated credentials, authentication methods, preferences, identity information, settings, activity history and related data maintained by the Company.

2. "Affiliate"

"Affiliate" means any legal entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with LumoBond, whether presently existing or established in the future.

3. "Agreement"

"Agreement" means these Terms of Use together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, AI Policy, Waitlist Terms and any additional legal notices governing specific Services.

4. "Artificial Intelligence"

"Artificial Intelligence" or "AI" means any computational model, algorithm, machine learning system, neural network, large language model, statistical model, recommendation engine or other automated decision-support technology operated, developed, licensed or integrated by LumoBond.

5. "Availability"

"Availability" means the operational accessibility of the Platform or any Service. Availability does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, continuous uptime or error-free performance.

6. "Business Day"

"Business Day" means any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays observed in Sweden unless otherwise expressly stated.

7. "Cloud Infrastructure"

"Cloud Infrastructure" means all servers, databases, storage environments, computing resources, networking components and supporting technologies operated by or on behalf of LumoBond for delivery of the Services.

8. "Compatibility"

"Compatibility" means any computational estimate, recommendation, similarity assessment or informational analysis generated by LumoBond regarding relationships, friendships, professional cooperation, communities, events or any other social interaction.

Compatibility shall never constitute an objective fact, certification or guarantee.

9. "Compatibility Score"

"Compatibility Score" means any numerical, graphical or descriptive value generated by the Platform representing an estimated level of compatibility based upon available data and computational models.

Such scores are informational estimates only.

10. "Company"

"Company" means LumoBond AB (under formation) together with any successor entity, affiliated company, subsidiary or authorized legal representative operating the Platform.

11. "Confidential Information"

"Confidential Information" means any non-public technical, commercial, operational, strategic or security-related information belonging to LumoBond, including software architecture, source code, firmware, algorithms, databases, AI models, product roadmaps, trade secrets and unpublished documentation.

12. "Content"

"Content" means all information made available through the Platform including, without limitation:

  • text;
  • graphics;
  • interfaces;
  • software;
  • source code;
  • object code;
  • firmware;
  • audio;
  • video;
  • animations;
  • icons;
  • illustrations;
  • documentation;
  • trademarks;
  • logos;
  • databases;
  • AI-generated material;
  • compatibility reports;
  • educational material;
  • marketing material;
  • downloadable files;
  • metadata;
  • visual design;
  • layouts;
  • user interfaces;
  • and any other digital or physical material distributed by LumoBond.

13. "Data"

"Data" means any information collected, generated, processed, transmitted or stored in connection with the Platform, whether personal, technical, operational or analytical.

14. "Developer Tools"

"Developer Tools" means any software development kits, APIs, technical documentation, integrations or other resources made available by LumoBond for software development purposes.

15. "Device"

"Device" means any hardware used to access the Platform, including computers, smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, embedded systems or future electronic equipment compatible with LumoBond.

16. "Firmware"

"Firmware" means software permanently or semi-permanently installed within a LumoBond wearable device or associated hardware component, including updates, security patches and future revisions.

17. "Identity Profile"

"Identity Profile" means a continuously evolving digital representation generated through user responses, interactions and computational analysis within the Platform.

Identity Profiles are informational representations only and do not constitute verified psychological, medical or legal assessments.

18. "Intellectual Property"

"Intellectual Property" means all patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, design rights, trade dress, trade secrets, know-how, database rights, domain names and all other proprietary rights recognized under applicable law.

19. "LumoBond"

"LumoBond" means the Company, its Platform, products, technologies, Services and all associated intellectual property operated under the LumoBond brand.

20. "Platform"

"Platform" means the complete LumoBond ecosystem including its websites, mobile applications, wearable devices, cloud services, AI systems, databases, APIs, firmware, software and future technological components.

21. "Services"

"Services" means every feature, functionality, software application, AI capability, wearable function, communication channel, support service or digital offering provided by LumoBond.

22. "User"

"User" means any individual, organization or legal entity that accesses, browses, registers for or otherwise interacts with any portion of the Platform, whether or not an Account has been created.

23. "User Content"

"User Content" means any information, responses, photographs, profile information, preferences, communications, files or other material submitted, uploaded or transmitted by a User through the Platform.

24. "Wearable Device"

"Wearable Device" means any wristband, smartwatch, sensor, accessory or future physical product developed, manufactured, licensed or distributed by LumoBond for use with the Platform.

25. "Website"

"Website" means the official LumoBond internet presence, including the primary domain, localized domains, landing pages, waitlist pages, support portals and any web-based interfaces owned or operated by LumoBond.

Definitions (Sections 26--50)

The following definitions shall apply throughout these Terms of Use and any supplemental agreements governing the LumoBond Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

26. "AI Recommendation"

"AI Recommendation" means any suggestion, insight, compatibility indication, ranking, notification, explanation, observation or informational output generated through Artificial Intelligence technologies operated by LumoBond.

AI Recommendations are probabilistic assessments and shall not constitute guarantees, professional advice or objective determinations.

27. "Algorithm"

"Algorithm" means any mathematical, computational, statistical or logical process, whether deterministic or adaptive, used by LumoBond to analyze information, generate compatibility assessments, personalize Services, detect fraud, improve security or optimize Platform functionality.

28. "API"

"API" or "Application Programming Interface" means any interface, protocol, endpoint, integration mechanism or communication method provided by LumoBond that enables interaction between software applications and the Platform.

29. "Authorized User"

"Authorized User" means a User who accesses the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Authorization may be revoked by LumoBond in accordance with these Terms.

30. "Beta Service"

"Beta Service" means any experimental, preview, test, evaluation, prototype or pre-release feature made available by LumoBond prior to its general commercial availability.

Beta Services may contain defects, interruptions, inaccuracies or incomplete functionality.

31. "Community"

"Community" means any group, forum, discussion area, social feature, Circle, event or collaborative environment offered through the Platform.

Participation within any Community remains subject to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

32. "Confidence Score"

"Confidence Score" means an informational indicator generated by LumoBond representing the estimated reliability or completeness of a Compatibility Score, Identity Profile or AI-generated analysis based upon available data.

Confidence Scores do not constitute guarantees of accuracy.

33. "Digital Asset"

"Digital Asset" means any digital resource owned, licensed or controlled by LumoBond, including software, databases, graphics, documentation, source code, firmware, interfaces, AI models, media files and associated metadata.

34. "Event"

"Event" means any physical, virtual or hybrid gathering, meeting, conference, networking session or organized activity supported, promoted or facilitated by LumoBond.

LumoBond does not guarantee attendance, compatibility, safety or outcomes arising from participation in any Event.

35. "Feedback"

"Feedback" means any idea, suggestion, recommendation, evaluation, correction, enhancement proposal, feature request or other communication voluntarily provided to LumoBond regarding the Platform or any Service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Feedback may be used by LumoBond without restriction or obligation to compensate the contributor.

36. "Fraudulent Activity"

"Fraudulent Activity" means any intentional act involving deception, misrepresentation, manipulation, unauthorized access, identity misuse, false information or other conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage or cause harm to LumoBond, Users or third parties.

37. "Identity Data"

"Identity Data" means information generated through User responses, interactions, preferences, behavioral patterns, compatibility analyses and related computational processes forming part of an Identity Profile.

Identity Data is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

38. "Match"

"Match" means any compatibility indication, recommendation or pairing generated by the Platform between two or more Users.

A Match does not represent an endorsement, certification, guarantee or prediction regarding any future relationship or interaction.

39. "Notification"

"Notification" means any communication transmitted by LumoBond through email, mobile application, wearable device, website, SMS, push notification or any future communication channel.

40. "Personal Data"

"Personal Data" shall have the meaning assigned under applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), as amended from time to time.

41. "Platform Data"

"Platform Data" means operational, technical, analytical and aggregated information generated through operation of the Platform, excluding Personal Data unless expressly stated otherwise.

Platform Data may be used for improving Services, security, performance, diagnostics, research and business operations in accordance with applicable law.

42. "Prohibited Conduct"

"Prohibited Conduct" means any activity expressly forbidden by these Terms, applicable law or any supplementary policy issued by LumoBond.

43. "Security Incident"

"Security Incident" means any event that compromises, or reasonably may compromise, the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity or availability of the Platform, Services, Digital Assets or User information.

44. "Software"

"Software" means all executable programs, applications, code libraries, scripts, machine-readable instructions, operating systems, embedded software, downloadable software and future software products developed, licensed or distributed by LumoBond.

45. "Subscription"

"Subscription" means any recurring or time-limited access arrangement that may be offered by LumoBond for premium Services, whether paid or complimentary.

46. "Third-Party Service"

"Third-Party Service" means any product, software, website, infrastructure, payment provider, cloud service, identity provider, analytics service or other external service that is not owned or controlled by LumoBond but may interact with the Platform.

LumoBond shall not be responsible for the availability, functionality or policies of Third-Party Services except where required by applicable law.

47. "Update"

"Update" means any modification, enhancement, correction, improvement, security patch, firmware revision, software release or other change made available by LumoBond for any component of the Platform.

48. "User Device"

"User Device" means any hardware owned or controlled by a User that accesses or interacts with the Platform, including smartphones, computers, tablets, wearable devices or future compatible equipment.

49. "Violation"

"Violation" means any breach of these Terms, applicable law, supplementary policies or other legally binding obligations applicable to the User's use of the Platform.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination of access or other measures permitted under these Terms and applicable law.

50. "Visitor"

"Visitor" means any person accessing the Website or any publicly available component of the Platform without creating an Account or registering as a User.

Visitors remain subject to these Terms to the extent applicable.

Interpretation of Defined Terms

Unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

  • words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa;
  • references to one gender shall include all genders;
  • references to legislation include any amendments, replacements or successor legislation;
  • headings are included solely for convenience and shall not affect interpretation;
  • the terms "including", "includes" and "such as" shall be interpreted as meaning "including without limitation";
  • references to "written" or "in writing" include electronic communications where legally valid;
  • references to the Platform include any successor technologies introduced by LumoBond.

Scope Of The Agreement · Acceptance Of The Terms · Eligibility

51. Scope of the Agreement

51.1 General Scope

These Terms govern the relationship between LumoBond and every User who accesses, browses, registers for, downloads, installs or otherwise uses any portion of the Platform.

These Terms apply regardless of whether the User accesses the Platform as:

  • a Visitor;
  • a registered User;
  • a waitlist participant;
  • a purchaser of future products;
  • a tester of beta features;
  • a developer;
  • a business customer;
  • a partner;
  • an organization;
  • or through any future category of participation introduced by LumoBond.

51.2 Services Covered

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, these Terms apply to every service, product and technology made available by LumoBond, including without limitation:

  • the official website;
  • localized websites;
  • landing pages;
  • waitlist registration;
  • mobile applications;
  • wearable devices;
  • embedded software;
  • firmware;
  • operating software;
  • cloud services;
  • compatibility systems;
  • identity systems;
  • recommendation engines;
  • artificial intelligence models;
  • APIs;
  • developer tools;
  • customer support;
  • communication channels;
  • educational material;
  • downloadable software;
  • software updates;
  • beta programs;
  • pilot programs;
  • future hardware;
  • future software;
  • future subscription services;
  • future digital products;
  • and all related technologies developed or operated by LumoBond.

51.3 Supplementary Agreements

Certain Services may be governed by additional policies, agreements or notices.

Such documents may include, without limitation:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cookie Policy;
  • Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Community Guidelines;
  • AI Policy;
  • Waitlist Terms;
  • Intellectual Property Policy;
  • Data Retention Policy;
  • Security Policy;
  • Investor Disclaimer;
  • Copyright and Trademark Notice;
  • Developer Terms;
  • API Terms;
  • Beta Program Terms;
  • Device Warranty Documentation.

Where supplementary terms apply, they shall complement these Terms.

In the event of an inconsistency, the supplementary agreement governing the relevant Service shall prevail solely with respect to that Service.

52. Territorial Scope

LumoBond intends to make its Services available internationally.

However, not every Service, product or feature may be available in every jurisdiction.

LumoBond reserves the right, in its sole business discretion and subject to applicable law, to:

  • restrict availability;
  • suspend availability;
  • discontinue availability;
  • modify regional functionality;
  • refuse registrations;
  • refuse purchases;
  • restrict exports;
  • restrict software updates;
  • restrict wearable functionality;
  • comply with local legal requirements.

Nothing contained within these Terms constitutes a representation that every Service is legally available in every country.

53. Acceptance of these Terms

53.1 Binding Agreement

By accessing or using any portion of the Platform, the User confirms that the User has read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User shall immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Platform.

53.2 Methods of Acceptance

Acceptance may occur through one or more of the following actions:

  • visiting the Website;
  • creating an Account;
  • joining the Waitlist;
  • downloading an Application;
  • installing Software;
  • activating a Wearable Device;
  • pairing a Device;
  • clicking an acceptance button;
  • electronically signing an agreement;
  • purchasing products or services;
  • accessing APIs;
  • participating in beta programs;
  • continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms have become effective.

Each such action constitutes legally sufficient acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

53.3 Electronic Acceptance

The User agrees that electronic acceptance, electronic signatures, electronic records and digital communications may satisfy any legal requirement that an agreement be in writing, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

53.4 Ongoing Acceptance

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless mandatory law requires separate consent.

Where applicable law requires explicit consent, LumoBond shall request such consent before the revised Terms become applicable.

54. Changes to these Terms

LumoBond may revise these Terms where reasonably necessary due to:

  • legal developments;
  • regulatory requirements;
  • technological innovation;
  • cybersecurity improvements;
  • operational changes;
  • business restructuring;
  • new products;
  • discontinued products;
  • software improvements;
  • wearable updates;
  • artificial intelligence improvements;
  • fraud prevention;
  • user safety.

Material changes shall be communicated in an appropriate manner where required by applicable law.

55. Eligibility

55.1 Minimum Age

The Platform is intended only for individuals who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Where local law establishes a minimum age requirement, Users must satisfy that requirement before using the Services.

If a User is below the applicable age of legal capacity, access may only occur where legally permitted and under the supervision or authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

55.2 Legal Capacity

By using the Platform, each User represents and warrants that:

  • the User possesses the legal authority to enter into these Terms;
  • all information provided is accurate to the best of the User's knowledge;
  • the User is not prohibited by applicable law from accessing the Services;
  • acceptance of these Terms does not violate any other legal obligation applicable to the User.

55.3 Organizations

Where a User acts on behalf of a company, governmental authority, educational institution, partnership, nonprofit organization or other legal entity, that User represents and warrants that he or she possesses full authority to bind that organization.

55.4 Restricted Persons

The Platform may not be used by any individual or entity that:

  • is prohibited under applicable sanctions legislation;
  • is subject to export restrictions;
  • has previously been permanently suspended for serious misconduct;
  • has been prohibited from accessing the Services pursuant to applicable law;
  • attempts to circumvent previous restrictions imposed by LumoBond.

56. User Responsibilities Prior to Use

Before using the Platform, every User shall ensure that:

  • the User understands these Terms;
  • the User has reviewed the Privacy Policy where applicable;
  • the User possesses compatible hardware where required;
  • the User maintains appropriate cybersecurity practices;
  • the User understands that AI-generated results are informational;
  • the User accepts that Compatibility Scores do not constitute guarantees;
  • the User understands that Wearable Devices may require software updates and internet connectivity for certain features.

57. Relationship Between the Parties

These Terms create solely a contractual relationship governing the User's access to the Platform.

Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as establishing:

  • an employment relationship;
  • an agency relationship;
  • a fiduciary relationship;
  • a partnership;
  • a joint venture;
  • a franchise;
  • an investment relationship;
  • or any similar legal association between LumoBond and any User.

No User acquires any ownership interest in the Platform, Services, Artificial Intelligence systems, software, firmware, databases, algorithms, Compatibility Engine or other proprietary technologies solely through use of the Services.

All rights not expressly granted remain exclusively reserved by LumoBond.

The LumoBond Ecosystem · Relationship Between The Parties

58. The LumoBond Ecosystem

58.1 General Description

The LumoBond Ecosystem is an integrated technology environment consisting of digital platforms, artificial intelligence systems, wearable technologies, cloud infrastructure, software applications, communication services and future technologies developed, licensed or operated by LumoBond.

The Ecosystem has been designed to provide Users with access to intelligent digital tools intended to facilitate compatibility discovery, identity insights, communication, personalization and related informational services.

The Ecosystem shall be interpreted broadly and includes both existing and future technologies introduced by LumoBond unless expressly excluded.

58.2 Components of the Ecosystem

Without limitation, the LumoBond Ecosystem may include:

  • the official LumoBond website;
  • localized websites;
  • landing pages;
  • waitlist services;
  • mobile applications;
  • wearable devices;
  • embedded firmware;
  • operating software;
  • cloud infrastructure;
  • artificial intelligence systems;
  • compatibility engines;
  • identity profile systems;
  • recommendation engines;
  • synchronization services;
  • communication services;
  • push notification systems;
  • account management systems;
  • developer platforms;
  • APIs;
  • software development kits;
  • customer support systems;
  • analytics platforms;
  • security infrastructure;
  • authentication services;
  • subscription services;
  • premium services;
  • educational resources;
  • future software products;
  • future hardware products;
  • future digital services.

LumoBond reserves the right to introduce, discontinue, redesign, merge or replace any component of the Ecosystem at its reasonable business discretion and subject to applicable law.

58.3 Continuous Development

The User acknowledges that the LumoBond Ecosystem is under continuous technical and commercial development.

Accordingly, LumoBond may:

  • redesign interfaces;
  • modify workflows;
  • improve algorithms;
  • replace technologies;
  • discontinue obsolete features;
  • introduce experimental functionality;
  • modify compatibility methodologies;
  • update wearable firmware;
  • improve security mechanisms;
  • redesign databases;
  • expand cloud infrastructure;
  • enhance personalization;
  • improve accessibility.

Such modifications shall not constitute a breach of these Terms solely because the functionality differs from previous versions.

58.4 Artificial Intelligence Services

Certain Services rely wholly or partially upon Artificial Intelligence.

AI-powered Services may include:

  • compatibility assessments;
  • recommendations;
  • profile insights;
  • behavioral analysis;
  • communication suggestions;
  • informational summaries;
  • identity modeling;
  • matching systems;
  • search functionality;
  • personalization;
  • fraud detection;
  • content moderation;
  • safety monitoring;
  • system optimization.

The User acknowledges that Artificial Intelligence technologies continuously evolve and may produce outputs that differ over time despite similar inputs.

58.5 Compatibility Services

The Compatibility Engine is designed to estimate potential compatibility between individuals, groups, organizations or communities based upon information voluntarily provided by Users and computational analysis.

Compatibility assessments constitute informational estimates only.

LumoBond does not warrant that any Compatibility Score, Match or Recommendation:

  • is objectively correct;
  • represents scientific certainty;
  • predicts future events;
  • guarantees successful relationships;
  • guarantees friendships;
  • guarantees romantic relationships;
  • guarantees employment;
  • guarantees business success;
  • guarantees emotional compatibility;
  • guarantees long-term outcomes.

Users remain solely responsible for their own personal, professional and commercial decisions.

58.6 Identity Services

The Identity Engine is intended to assist Users in understanding certain aspects of their preferences, interests, communication styles and compatibility characteristics.

Identity Profiles represent dynamic computational models that evolve over time.

Identity Profiles:

  • are informational only;
  • may change as additional information becomes available;
  • may contain inaccuracies;
  • are not psychological diagnoses;
  • are not medical evaluations;
  • are not personality certifications;
  • are not legal assessments.

No Identity Profile shall be interpreted as a definitive description of any individual.

58.7 Wearable Technology

LumoBond may develop wearable devices designed to operate together with the Platform.

Such devices may incorporate:

  • Bluetooth communication;
  • wireless synchronization;
  • secure authentication;
  • firmware;
  • sensors;
  • touch interfaces;
  • haptic feedback;
  • displays;
  • microphones;
  • connectivity modules;
  • software updates;
  • artificial intelligence functionality.

Availability of individual functions may depend upon:

  • device compatibility;
  • operating system requirements;
  • internet connectivity;
  • firmware version;
  • regional availability;
  • subscription status;
  • applicable law.

58.8 Future Technologies

LumoBond may expand the Ecosystem through technologies that do not currently exist or have not yet been announced.

Nothing contained within these Terms shall limit LumoBond's ability to:

  • develop new Services;
  • integrate emerging technologies;
  • introduce new AI models;
  • redesign existing products;
  • expand internationally;
  • license technology;
  • acquire third-party technologies;
  • discontinue legacy systems.

Future technologies shall become part of the Ecosystem when introduced unless governed by separate contractual terms.

59. Relationship Between LumoBond and the User

59.1 Contractual Relationship

These Terms establish a contractual relationship governing access to and use of the Platform.

No other legal relationship shall arise solely through use of the Services.

59.2 No Partnership

Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating:

  • a partnership;
  • a joint venture;
  • an employment relationship;
  • an agency relationship;
  • a fiduciary relationship;
  • a franchise;
  • a distribution agreement;
  • a commercial representation;
  • a corporate affiliation;
  • an investment relationship.

59.3 Independent Parties

LumoBond and every User remain independent legal parties.

Neither party may represent itself as acting on behalf of the other unless expressly authorized through a separate written agreement.

59.4 No Ownership Rights

Access to the Platform does not transfer ownership of:

  • software;
  • firmware;
  • databases;
  • AI models;
  • source code;
  • object code;
  • algorithms;
  • trademarks;
  • patents;
  • copyrights;
  • designs;
  • documentation;
  • compatibility methodologies;
  • recommendation systems;
  • identity engines;
  • business processes;
  • confidential information.

All intellectual property remains exclusively owned by LumoBond or its licensors.

59.5 Limited License

Subject to continuous compliance with these Terms, LumoBond grants each User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended lawful purposes.

No license shall be interpreted more broadly than expressly granted.

59.6 Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain reserved.

Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as granting implied licenses, ownership interests or commercial exploitation rights.

59.7 Good Faith

The Parties agree to perform their respective obligations under these Terms in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

Where these Terms grant LumoBond discretion, such discretion shall be exercised reasonably, proportionately and consistently with applicable legal requirements.

59.8 No Fiduciary Duty

The User acknowledges that LumoBond acts solely as a provider of technology services.

LumoBond does not undertake any fiduciary, advisory, professional, psychological, medical, legal or financial duty toward any User unless expressly required by mandatory law.

59.9 Entire Commercial Understanding

The contractual relationship between LumoBond and the User is governed exclusively by:

  • these Terms of Use;
  • incorporated policies;
  • supplementary agreements applicable to specific Services;
  • mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Marketing materials, product demonstrations, presentations, interviews, promotional videos, social media content or public statements shall not modify these Terms unless expressly incorporated by written amendment.

59.10 Interpretation

These Terms shall be interpreted in a manner that:

  • promotes legal certainty;
  • protects the integrity of the Platform;
  • supports responsible innovation;
  • preserves the enforceability of contractual obligations;
  • respects mandatory consumer protection legislation;
  • reflects the technological nature of the LumoBond Ecosystem.

In the event of ambiguity, provisions shall be interpreted in a manner that best preserves their lawful intent while maintaining the overall effectiveness of these Terms.

Governing Law

Governing Law: The laws of the Kingdom of Sweden.

Dispute Resolution: Arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Language: English.
