This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules that apply to anyone who accesses or uses the website, waitlist, communications and any related services operated by LumoBond AB (under formation), a company organised under the laws of Sweden ("LumoBond", "we", "us"). By using our website at lumobond.com or by joining our waitlist, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to all visitors, waitlist members, prospective customers, community participants and any other person who interacts with LumoBond's digital properties, including our website, forms, email communications and any social media channels we operate.

Permitted uses include browsing our public content, joining the waitlist with accurate information, contacting us with genuine enquiries, and engaging respectfully with any community features we may introduce.

Use the website or waitlist forms to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonated information, including fake names, email addresses belonging to others, or automated bulk sign-ups.
Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, copy, or extract data from our website beyond what is expressly permitted by our robots.txt or written consent.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, servers, or networks, or to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation (see our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure Policy for the correct channel).
Transmit any virus, malware, worm, or other harmful code through our website or communications channels.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or attempts to overload our infrastructure.
Use our services to harass, threaten, defame, stalk, abuse, or intimidate any person.

Use our waitlist or any related feature for commercial solicitation, spam, or unsolicited marketing directed at LumoBond or other waitlist members.
Misrepresent your affiliation with LumoBond or claim endorsement by LumoBond without our written permission.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of our website or underlying technology, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including data protection, consumer protection, and intellectual property law.

5. Waitlist-Specific Rules

Because joining the LumoBond waitlist is free and does not involve any purchase, we ask that you provide only genuine, accurate contact details. Duplicate or bulk sign-ups intended to manipulate any future priority-access mechanism, referral system, or queue position are prohibited and may result in removal from the waitlist without notice.

6. Content You Submit

If you submit feedback, survey responses, testimonials, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that it does not contain unlawful or objectionable material. We may use such submissions as described in our Terms of Service.

7. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your interactions with us and for all activity that occurs under your email address in relation to our services. You must notify us promptly at support@lumobond.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your information or any security vulnerability affecting our website.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing warnings, removing content, suspending or terminating access to the waitlist, and reporting conduct to law enforcement where required.

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it to support@lumobond.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate.

10. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Policy may result in removal from our waitlist, blocking of access to our website, termination of any account or relationship with us, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or civil action to recover damages caused by the violation.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through our website or, where appropriate, by email.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, as further described in our Terms of Service.
