This Intellectual Property Policy explains how LumoBond AB (under formation) ("LumoBond", "we", "us"), a company organised under the laws of Sweden, protects and manages the intellectual property associated with our website at lumobond.com, our brand, and our future AI-powered human compatibility platform and companion wearable. It also explains how we respect the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Ownership of LumoBond Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to our website, including its design, layout, source code, graphics, text, logos, icons, the LUMOBOND name and marks, product concepts, and any underlying technology, models, or documentation (collectively, the "LumoBond IP"), are owned by LumoBond or our licensors. Nothing in this Policy or elsewhere on our Site transfers ownership of any LumoBond IP to you.

3. Limited Licence to Use Our Site

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and this Policy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view our website for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes, including to learn about our future product and to join our waitlist. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, frame, download, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any LumoBond IP for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Trademarks

"LUMOBOND" and any associated logos, wordmarks, and taglines are trademarks or trade names of LumoBond, whether or not they are registered. Other names, logos, and marks appearing on our Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use any LumoBond trademark in a way that is likely to cause confusion, that implies endorsement or affiliation without our consent, or that disparages LumoBond. 5. Copyright

The content of our Site, including text, graphics, images, illustrations of our future product and wearable, and the overall look and feel, is protected by copyright law in Sweden, the European Union, and internationally. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of this content may violate copyright law.

6. Future Product and Technology

We are actively developing proprietary technology, including machine learning models, algorithms, product designs, and hardware concepts for our compatibility platform and wearable. These developments, together with any related patents, patent applications, trade secrets, and know-how, are and will remain the exclusive property of LumoBond. Nothing on our website or in our communications should be construed as granting any licence or right to use, replicate, or reverse engineer this technology.

7. Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other input to us regarding our website, waitlist, or future product (collectively, "Feedback"), you agree that such Feedback is given voluntarily and that we may use, modify, and incorporate it into our products and services without any obligation to compensate you, attribute it to you, or keep it confidential, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You represent that your Feedback does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8. User-Generated Content

If we introduce features that allow you to submit content, such as testimonials, survey responses, or community posts, you retain ownership of any original content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our Site and our waitlist, for example by featuring anonymised or attributed testimonials in marketing materials, subject to any specific consent requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Respecting Third-Party Intellectual Property

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the relevant material.

11. Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to hello@lumobond.com explaining why you believe the material should be restored. We will review counter-notices in good faith and respond as appropriate under applicable law.

12. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Site may reference or link to third-party content, tools, or websites. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property referenced on our Site, and such references do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
